Shaun White is having quite a week already – and it is barely Monday.
The 26-year-old Olympic gold medalist was arrest several hours ago, following an alleged incident where he was intoxicated in public, also having caused injury to himself at hotel where he was a guest, according to TMZ.
Nashville Metro Police responded to a call from Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., around 2 a.m. on Sunday, following a tip that an allegedly inebriated White pulled a hotel fire alarm, causing an evacuation of all guests.
An employee at the hotel told police White even broken a hotel phone.
According to authorities, a concerned citizen collided with White when he attempted to stop him from leaving the scene via taxi, but White managed to kick the individual and succeed to flee on foot.
After White refused to sign misdemeanor citations, he was issued arrest warrants for public intoxication, including vandalism, but the athlete was taken to a hospital to get treatment first.
Police confirmed White was released on Monday afternoon, while the citizen declined to pursue assault charges against him.
