Filming for American Idol's new season has literally JUST started - but already TMZ are reporting that new judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey are at each-other's throats.
Talent shows with more than one female judge always face rumours of unrest, and sadly it doesn't seem that the new season of Idol will be any different.
TMZ claims that Carey and Minaj went "at it" during the first batch of filming yesterday in New York City.

Apparently whenever Nicki began critiquing a contestant, Mariah would interrupt her... and each time, Nicki would respond by just talking over her.
They quote a "spy" as saying: "These girls just don't like each-other."
The site had previously alleged that Carey had hung up the phone when producers told her of their plans to recruit the 'Starships' hitmaker.
Keith Urban and Randy Jackson complete the four-strong line-up, replacing Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.
Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Kara DioGuardi and Ellen DeGeneres have all been judges on previous seasons.
