Following the real-life sale of the Sex and the City house, Sarah Jessica Parker’s home gets listed.
Is the real-life Carrie Bradshaw ready to move out of the city and into the suburbs? Not quite just yet.
Parker, 47, and husband Matthew Broderick, 50, have put their humble abode located in New York City’s Greenwich Village for a staggering $25 million, according to a report from the New York Observer.
Will the multi-million dollar price tag include Carrie’s extensive collection of Manolo Blahniks? Only in our SATC dreams, because the famous acting couple never even lived in the palatial home.
The I Don’t Know How She Does It star and her Broadway star hubby actually live in their other Greenwich Village townhome, where they hosted President Obama in July for his campaign fundraiser. (It reportedly raised a cool $2.4 million.)
The five-story home has a “massive, beautifully, detailed double parlor” with 12-foot ceilings, a “huge Boffi kitchen” and a breakfast nook with direct access to the garden patio for al fresco dining.
The Manhattan house also comes accompanied with seven fireplaces, 12 room in all, five of which are bedrooms.
