Cheryl Cole has spoken about her upcoming autobiography, saying that the only people who "should be scared" by it are the people who have something to be scared about.
The star was speaking to Denise Van Outen on This Morning when discussing the upcoming memoir, which is rumoured to include references to her marriage to Ashley Cole and her working relationship with Simon Cowell.
She said: "I've actually got a lot of stuff to say and things to put straight and it's been a cathartic experience - more than I thought.
"[It's] draining - but really good to just get everything out and on to a piece of paper."
When asked if anybody should be "scared" by it, she joked: "Only if they think they should be! If they think they should be then they probably should."
Naming one of the rumours she'll be putting straight, she continued: "I heard recently that I don't eat and that I just have B vitamin injected - please God."
