It appears Cheryl Cole is a force to be reckoned with after new Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kimberley Walsh revealed that her Girls Aloud bandmate told her to participate in the hit US show.
Revealing what her Girls Aloud bandmates thought of her decision to don the sparkly outfits for this year's series, the star, who gave the game away by posing in a sparkly outfit before the line-up had been officially revealed, said:
"I asked them before I signed up to it, and Cheryl basically told me I had to do it. She gave me no choice! They're really excited about it - they're really happy that I'm doing it. For them it's going to be great because they can just chill out and watch.
"They are really supportive of the decision, so they'll no doubt be coming down to cheer me on."
