She's one of the hottest supermodels in the world right now with her long, lean frame, luxe brunette locks and flawlessly pretty face, and with a body to die for, Miranda Kerr has revealed it doesn't come easy.
The Victoria's Secret lingerie model has graced the front cover of Australia's Marie Claire for October 2012 and looks stunning as ever in a sexy black sheer corset emblazoned with gold detailing, showing off that enviable catwalk bod.
But if you want to look anything like Miranda Kerr, you're going to have to work ruddy hard. With health at the top of her list of priorities, the yummy mummy's diet is almost all organic and includes a team of superfoods including coconut oil and noni juice. She joked: “As a child I cried for my veggies!”
With her hectic fitness regime including Pilates and yoga, as well as her strict organic diet, Miranda can be a mere mortal like the rest of us and cheat every once in a while. She said: “I live by the 80/20 rule: I’m 80 per cent healthy, and then 20 per cent indulgent.”

And on being a model and working in the fashion industry, Miranda divulged some handy career tips, stating: “When you shoot a cover it’s more about engaging with the audience. You need to be a little bit more friendly and approachable."
''It depends on what you’re wearing, as well, and the feeling that you want to portray and what the editor wants. We all work together and you try and give a few variations and then they can get what they want,'' she added.
She also spilled the beans on what makes her hubby Orlando Bloom go weak at the knees, in terms of food that is. Miranda said: “His favourite thing at the moment is when I slow-roast the chicken.''
''So, I’ll put the chicken in the oven for like eight hours and just slow roast it in coconut oil with garlic and onion and, yeah, it’s delicious.”
We wonder what else you use coconut oil for...
