Looks like ladies man Aston Merrygold is going to be breaking a few hearts with the news the he is off the market as the JLS stud is reportedly getting serious with back-up dancer Sarah Richards.
The 'Beat Again' hunk is known for his womanising ways and has been linked to a string of beauties over the years, but is now said to be settling down with the pretty brunette. The news was confirmed after the couple were spotted holding hands backstage at a recent gig.
The pint sized pop star told The Mirror: “I’m dating, we’ve been seeing each other for a couple of months. It’s all going really well – we’re really happy.”
According to insiders, the couple have been friends for a while but after some summer loving the couple have got serious.
“Aston and Sarah have known each other for a while but it’s only recently that they decided to make it official,” a source told The Mirror.
“It was originally meant to be a bit of fun between friends but things just snowballed. He’s been inseparable from Sarah since the beginning of the summer.”
“Aston’s been perpetually single throughout his time in the band but now he’s telling friends that he’s a one-woman man.”
It looks like wedding fever could be catching in thje JLS camp as Aston was inspired by his friend to finally make a commitment after years as the cheekiest ladies man in pop.
“It was a shock to the system when Marvin got married. It made the other boys realise that maybe now was the time to settle down,” the friend explained.
"Aston has always been the womaniser of the group. He has never been ready for a relationship but has fallen head over heels for Sarah.”
And lucky for Sarah she is a hit with the rest of the band too.
The source added: “There is such a spark between them and all the boys have been saying what a cute couple they make.”
