Cheryl Cole might be looking loved up with her new man Tre Holloway but the star has admitted that she is still on "speaking terms" with her ex husband Ashley Cole.
However, Tre shouldn't have anything to worry about...
Appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show tonight, the star spoke about her upcoming autobiography. With Cheryl set to spill the beans on certain parts of her personal life, including her failed marriage to the footballer, Jonathan didn't waste anytime asking the 'Under The Sun' star about whether she had told Ashley about her plans for her book.
Revealing that she told her ex-husband of her plans to write an autobiography, the singer said: "Yes, I did", before adding that she was on speaking terms with her former husband. she continued: "It was my choice to. I let him know it was happening."
Questioning Cheryl on whether she would have changed anything in her autobiography if Ashley had asked her to, Cheryl sternly replied:
"It wouldn't have mattered if he did. I just thought it would be nice that I gave him the heads up."
The star also spoke of her friendship with Simon Cowell, revealing that although she and the media mogul are speaking to each other, they are "frenemies."
