She's just been nominated for the Best Designer Of The Year gong as well as Red Carpet award up against Victoria Beckham in this years British Fashion Awards, but last night Stella McCartney was on the only designer on everyone's lips and hips as Katherine Jenkins lead the gang in her designs.
McCartney pitched up to the GQ awards last night having dressed not two, not three, but four different starlets in her optical illusion creations, a style of dress that has created a storm in Celebville for wanting to look as skinny as physically possibly, all delusions necessary.
Olympic gold-winning cyclist Victoria Pendleton could give most Hollywood glamazons a run for their money when she stepped out in a McCartney design, bringing her tiny waist in even more with a metallic waistbelt – how skinny does she want to look?

Socialite Heather Kerzner also fell for the charms of Stella's 'London Evening Collection' which boasts a figure hugging black style with flesh coloured panels, positioned to create the illusion of a slimmer silhouette, as the sheer fabric snakes around the waist.
But stunning opera singer Katherine Jenkins was crowned queen of the red carpet hoggers last night when she gave the designer's opitical illusion gown the justice it deserves, swanning in with sex appeal as she oozed old school Hollywood glam in a dress of the same style, just a floor-length version featuring velvet pannelling to add a little extra sophistication. What a way to hush those David Beckham affair rumours... we certainly forgot all about it for a moment!

Kath went all out as she pulled her golden locks back into a Tinseltown updo complete with tousled tendrils framing her face, and her usual full make-up look of full lashes, a bronzed, flawless complexion and nude lippy.
But to make sure all McCartney's collections were covered, Louise Redknapp also turned up looking resplendent in a blue brocade-print number from the upcoming autumn/winter 2012 collection.
What a triumph for Stella – if she can manage to make celebs go crazy for her designs for red carpet events and dress Olympians, how could Posh Spice ever steal her style crown?
