We all remember THAT photographer brawl that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez got themselves into back in May and apparently the police 'are going to be speaking to the pair' about the incident very soon. Oops!
According to TMZ, the police file went to the D.A for review in June, but law enforcement sources have told the website now that the D.A has now kicked it back and are looking for more info.
And apparently the first thing on the 'to do' list for the cops is to speak to the showbiz couple. Aaahh, what are they going to ask them? Has 'bad boy Bieber' put his foot in it yet again?

Sources close to Biebs have told TMZ since that the cops have yet to make contact with the star, but plan to shortly. However, his pals have revealed that he's 'more than happy' to chat to the police. He's clearly confident that he's done nothing wrong then!

Meanwhile, the teen heart-throb has also revealed his brand new 'crown tattoo', which can be seen in a self- snap that he took, topless. Ohh, the screams can be heard from girls across the globe!
Biebs took to social networking site Twitter in true Bieber-fashion and posted the pic alongside the caption "new tattoo its a crown if you couldn't tell", on Friday eve (August 31) as a definite Friday night treat for all you Beliebers out there (see pic above).
