Biebs is constantly hounded by waiting cameras and it seems that paparazzi have taken things a little too far yet again, as they've gone to chase the teen heart- throb, ending in a rather 'crazy incident', leaving two of the paps crashing into each other, TMZ reports, leaving Bieber extremely close to being involved in the car accident.
