It seems as if studio executives planning the promo tour for 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2' are desperate for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to get back together, as Rob is currently refusing to appear alongside his cheating ex on the red carpet...
We guess they should Twi-harder (ha!) to persuade RPattz to come back for the final 'Twilight' tour then, shouldn't they?
The New York Daily News has quoted insiders working on the vampire romance film, which is set to be released at the end of 2012, who say that folks at Summit Entertainment are "freaking out".
Why? Apparently the film producers are unable to convince Robert Pattinson to confirm personal appearances in Madrid, Tokyo and London, as he has always done in the past alongside Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, despite pleading with him to do so.
And, unsurprisingly, it's all “because of the Kristen drama.” The Kristen drama, obviously, referring to the fact that Rob's girlfriend of three years was caught out having an affair with Rupert Sanders, the married director of 'Snow White And The Huntsman'.
Awkward? Certainly. Humiliating? Of course. But is that really a good enough reason for Rob to let down his 'Twilight' fans? Not really.
Apparently Rob is happy to do the tour dates, providing he can fly separately to Kristen Stewart - which will mean that the studio will “have to spend a lot more money on jets and other expenses” to accommodate their breakup.
To be fair to Rob, we'd be the same. It's always horrible bumping into the ex, let alone having to go to work with them and deal with all of that painful and inevitable gossip.
Fingers crossed the studio can stump up the cash (we're sure they have the bucks!) to ensure that the final 'Twilight' promo tour runs as smoothly as possible.
