Being the biggest headlines of the summer seems to have greatly benefitted the acting career of Liberty Ross.
Ever since her philandering husband Rupert Sanders, 41, got caught red-handed cheating with his Snow White and the Huntsman actress, Kristen Stewart, 22, the model has been inundated with film roles from prominent filmmakers, according to RadarOnline.com.
The 33-year-old Ross will be opportune of the current offers she’s being approached with following up after her roles in Sander’s the Huntsman, and Madonna’s W.E.
“It’s definitely what Liberty intends to push on with, she has caught the acting bug” a source tells the website. “Although the cheating scandal caused a lot of unwanted attention in her private life, it certainly improved her profile as an actress. She has started to earn recognition for her performances in last year’s W.E. and this year’s Snow White and the Huntsman, and more movie directors have taken note of who she actually is.”
Ross, a mother-of-two, who moved from the U.K. with her family to support Sanders in his attempt to rise his career as a prominent director in Hollywood, is now clearly at the receiving end of his betrayal.
“The scripts have been flooding in, and she has already received audition offers on the back of Rupert’s affair,” the source explained. “Liberty is delighted that she’s being finally recognized, she wants to pursue a career in the movies and is desperate to make more. She would of preferred if it had happened in a different way, but press is press."
The model-turned-actress also seems to be more prominent to thrive in her latest career endeavor.
“If she could swap her modeling career for a successful acting one, Liberty would do it in a heartbeat,” the source said.
Just last week, Ross showed no sign of distress from her estranged marriage as she walked the red carpet with a smile at the Los Angeles premiere of Lawless, written by her friend Nick Cave and stars Tom Hardy and Shia LeBouf.
