Looks like Kristen Stewart has finally broken down Robert Pattinson as the star is said to have finally given in and agreed to meet with his estranged girlfriend for the first time since news broke that she had cheated on him with married director Rupert Sanders, after feeling sorry for the abuse she is suffering following the revelations.
It seems after weeks apart Rob has agreed to start talking over their problems following an emotional one hour phone call and will meet at Reese Witherspoons' Californian ranch where Rob hid out following the scandal.
“She begged to meet face-to-face so they could talk. It was obvious Kristen was getting through to Rob and he has agreed to see her,” a source told Look magazine.
It seems lovely Rob even admitted in the call that the scandal must be worse for her because he is getting all the sympathy, although here at Entwise we can't help thinking she brought it on herself for cheating in the first place.
The source added: “In fact, he admitted that it must be worse for her because she’s not just dealing with heartbreak, but being portrayed as a villain, while he gets all the sympathy.”
It reportedly pushed Rob back towards Kristen as he felt sorry for her. The star has rumoured to have agreed to walk the red carpet at the 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2' premiere in November to help stop abuse. an emotional one-hour phone call! Until now, Rob has reportedly been ignoring her calls and texts.
“For the first couple of weeks he was wallowing in his own grief, but being forced to face people during this promo, and seeing how angry everyone is with Kristen, made him feel sad for her,” the insider revealed.
The agreed meet comes after Rob was reportedly struggling to answer the question why she cheated and wanted to hear the reason from her.
But will they get back together?
The insider reckons Kristen emerging in public for the first time, wearing Rob's clothes could be a sign things are back on track.
Another source claimed: “Rob and Kristen always wore each other’s clothes when they lived together, and the fact that they’ve not stopped doing that could be a signal that it’s not over between them.”
