Loved-up Zayn Malik swapped dates for mates as he chose to skip One Direction bandmate Liam Payne's birthday celebrations this weekend to watch his missus Perrie Edwards on telly!
From the looks of Zayn's twitter activity the boybander decided girlfriend Perrie's performance with Little Mix on 'Red Or Black' on Saturday night trumped his mate's birthday night out.
Zayn, who returned to Twitter earlier this week after a 24 hour absence, was busy posting on Saturday night (August 25) as Perrie and her bandmates performed on the ITV show. He tweeted his love for the band, writing:
“Little mix were sick on red or black tonight ! The singles wiked man (not that I'm biased at all) Aha ! :) x”
He then posted a link to the girl group's new single 'Wings' on iTunes.
Meanwhile Liam was busy celebrating his birthday with bandmates Niall and Harry at Funky Buddha in London. Whilst Liam was joined by two of his One Directioners and gorgeous girlfriend Danielle Peazer, Louis and Zayn were not spotted at the celebrations.
The two missed out on an eventful night as according to The Sun, ladies man Harry swapped numbers with some Playboy twins and poor Niall almost didn’t make it into the London club, after bouncers failed to recognise him!
We hope Zayn got Liam a big pressie to make up for his absence!
