Any time two famous females appear on the same talent show, there are ALWAYS reports of some kind of rivalry. It's as certain as night coming after day, or someone from TOWIE turning up at a film premiere.
And now, just two weeks into the new season of The X Factor, Tulisa Contostavlos has been pitted against Nicole Scherzinger.
Speaking to the Mail Online, a tenuous source said: "Nicole and Tulisa are already rubbing each other up the wrong way.
"Tulisa thinks Nicole hogs the limelight, singing and getting to her feet during auditions. It really aggravates Tulisa. And Nicole fawns over Gary Barlow, getting really touchy-feely with him at every opportunity."
Tulisa and Nicole both strike us as strong, independent women... so it's not like the prospect of rivalry between them is totally unimaginable.
But still, why can't two females just sit behind a judges' desk together and be left to get on with it?
