It appears that there was already trouble in paradise for Emily Maynard and Jef Holm.
Following Jef Holm’s brother's confirmation of their epic fight ignited from Jef's discovery of explicit text messages and photos Maynard exchanged with another man while on a family vacation in South Carolina last weekend, another report from Wetpaint Entertainment indicates the couple was already on the rocks.
“Jef has been complaining that they have nothing in common,” the source tells the website of his relationship with the Bachelorette. “He even says they’ve already come close to breaking up once since the finale.”

Maynard, 26, and mom to Ricki, 8, also seems to have a mutual feeling of their nonexistent common ground.
“She’s sounded frustrated,” says the source. “She says Jef doesn’t like to do anything. She says she thinks he’s boring. It’s funny, because he says the same thing about her. He’s been telling people, ‘I know she has a kid and everything, but she never wants to go out.’”
In the meantime, Maynard is giving herself plenty of credit for getting her 28-year-old fiancé attention since their engagement was nationally aired on the season finale of The Bachelorette in June.
“I heard her say, ‘I made him famous,’” adds the source.
Since the cheating allegations broke earlier this week, the troubled couple has made their fair share of attempts to notify the media that they’re okay, but insiders say Maynard and Holm are just in denial.
“Right now, I think they’re in denial mode because they’re embarrassed,” the source explains. “But I don’t know if they’ll be able to recover from this.”
