Disney star Debby Ryan has rubbished speculation that she is romantically involved with One Direction star Niall Horan.
The boyband member, who has previously been linked to Demi Lovato, was thought to be dating the Suite Life on Deck star, but the rumours have since been denied.
Confronted by Ryan Seacrest, she said: "That's the rumour!
"I've never met Niall. I actually don't know much about him other than that he's in that band."
She joked: "I think there could be worse rumours, but I'm not dating him."
Horan's individual popularity has soared since the 1D lads broke the American market earlier this year.
But with fame and recognition comes a lot of detractors, and yesterday his bandmate Zayn Malik exited Twitter after growing sick of receiving nasty messages.
His girlfriend, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards, also stood down from the social networking site earlier this year.
