Shia LaBeouf Involved In 'Chicken Massacre'

'Lawless' star blames coyote for stopping him cooking his girlfriend one of his pets

It's been an eventful few weeks for Shia LaBeouf, what with having a new movie out 'Lawless', appearing in a risque music video and having his girlfriend reduced to tears by the news that he could be having sex for real in his newest project 'The Nymphomaniac'.

Yet that doesn't seem to have been his only domestic difficulty, as he was left bereft after a "Quentin Tarantino" style massacre of his chickens.

The star told Jay Leno's Tonight Show: "I have chickens in my house, I have them for tranquillity you know, peace, you can really peace out looking like a chicken."

However Shia woke up one morning to find, "a massacre man, I had six chickens  I was raising them, and I woke up and it was just blood everywhere, it was like a Quentin Tarantino movie in my backyard. It looked like a shootout just chicken bodies everywhere."

LaBeouf seemed confused as to what had done the damage, saying: "Was it a snake, was it a coyote, was it a ninja? I didn't know what it was, finally I figured out it was a coyote ninja, it was a coyote."

LaBeouf claimed he knew it was a coyote because he filmed the whole thing.

Yet one chicken was destined for an only sligtly less grisly end, as the actor planned to cook it up for his Vietnamese girlfriend's dad.

The 'Transformers' actor said: "I was raising this one chicken for her father, because that's like a really big thing in the Vietnamese community, you put it in the boiler, you prepare it, you take the feathers out."
