Looks like MTV are hoping for a repeat of the drama between Chris Brown and Drake earlier this year when the two stars fought in a club brawl, at the MTV Awards next month and just to stir it up even more they are going to throw Rihanna, who the fight was apparently about into the mix in the hope for some drama.
A fight broke out on June 14 between the star's entourages with bottles thrown and innocent people injured at the W.i.P club in New York and now MTV are hoping there is still some tension there as they desperately try to get all three stars to the awards.
"They are hoping a fight breaks out," a source told Us Weekly.
"Ratings galore!"
With all three star nominated, it could prove to be an awkward night, especially after Rihanna recently confessed her love for Chris Brown during an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
"Notice Drake and Chris are both up for Best Male Video," the source added.
The two stars, who have previously collaborated on a track allegedly began arguing when Drake sent Chris a note claiming he was sleeping with Rihanna, it reportedly said: “I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it”.
After the fight Chris took to Twitter to show a cut he sustained and to attack Drake, though he swiftly removed the tweets. That might not be the only fight breaking out. If the 'Yeah X3' star brings along his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, she may well air her opinion of Rihanna revealing to the whole world that not only is she still in love with Chris but that she believes he loves her too.
She told Oprah in an emotional interview aired in the US on Sunday night: "We love each other and we probably always will, and that's not anything that we're going to try to change.”
Rihanna and Chris broke up in February 2009 after the singer assaulted his then girlfriend, though she has publicly said that she has now forgiven him for this.
