Boyzone frontman Ronan Keating has had a tough couple of years and although the star went through an extremely tough time as he battled through his marriage troubles, he's now back and taking the world by storm it seems, currently on the Australian X Factor alongside Spice Girl Mel B and has even just filmed an upcoming movie, which will hit our screens in February.
Speaking to Magic 105.4, Ronan has admitted that the past couple of years have been particularly tough but 'he deserved it'. “It’s been a tough couple of years – I deserve what I got", the star told the radio station.
"But my 11-year-old daughter, Missy made a film this year, which is coming out in February; a horror movie called Dark Touch.”
And not only is Ronan busy with his family life, he's also currently filming the Australian X Factor, alongside the one and only Mel B, who Ronan describes as 'great fun'.
He said, “Back to Australia now for XFactor, we had our first show last night and we blew the ratings with 2.3million which is the biggest we have ever had and we are number one show down there so that’s amazing, very excited to go back down"
Ronan then added: "Mels’s (Scary Spice) on the panel – she’s good. She’s exactly what you want on a panel – she gives it! She’s great fun.”
And Keating fans, that's not all! Jeez...the musician has ALSO just finished filming his new movie 'Goddess', which is a rom com and out next year...
“Yeah it’s coming out in February, called Goddess. I loved every minute of it; I didn’t want it to end. It’s a romantic comedy; Lauren Michelle Kelly plays the lead and I play her husband and a marine biologist!”
And with a new album to be released next month also, it's all systems go for the Boyzone star!
