If Halle Berry moves to France, her ex Gabriel Aubry thinks she’s destined to die tragically and similar to Princess Diana.
At a Los Angeles court Tuesday, Aubry’s lawyer based his strong argument that Berry, 46, could end up dead in another tragic run-in with paparazzi in France, according to TMZ.
In August 1997, Diana was with boyfriend Dodi Fayed trying to escape the paparazzi in Paris when their Mercedes was struck in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel – and she died on the scene.
Berry and Aubry are currently in a heated legal battle over whether the actress should be given permission to move across the pond with their four-year-old daughter, Nahla, and her French fiancé and 'Dark Tide' co-star, Olivier Martinez.

The soon-to-be Mrs. Martinez is convinced her child would be more protected from the relentless paparazzi in France where the country has very strict laws to protect celebrities.
But Aubry’s lawyer made the argument that Berry and Nahla would step into a hornet’s nest, because Prince Diana died in that country after a deadly car chase.
In her defense, Berry had French judges testify that they would prosecute any paparazzo that chases a celebrity against their consent, because they would be violating their national laws.
