Watching the world’s most beautiful women embarrass themselves with ridiculous ad campaigns never gets old, so when Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr starred in a cringeworthy Japanese inspired Lipton’s advert we hit gold.
And we presume that Miranda is doing it for the money, (as modelling for the biggest lingerie company in the world can’t pay too much) as we can almost see Lipton’s dangling a fat cheque in front of the star in return for dressing up as a yellow-clad sexy Santa for their campaign.
The lovely people at Lipton have not only decorated 29-year-old Miranda in a silly yellow Santa inspired mini dress and hat, but have prompted her to pose on a yellow sleigh complete with a snowy background, real life-size santa and what looks like massive toy reindeers, with the advert taking a cheesy Japanese angle. Poor thing!
And luckily for us, not only has Lipton posted the new ad, but they’ve also given us a making-of video which shows Miranda struggling to get to grips with the repetitive slurs of ‘’damone, limone, and someone…’’ Just watch it, seriously.
Luckily we don’t believe Miranda’s interesting Santa outfit is available in stores just yet. All we can say is, we’re not going to judge until we’re shown what we can only assume is one heck of an eye-watering figure on that cheque…
