Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has shared her underwear tips as she prepares to release a collection with Autograph at M&S.
The stunning Burberry and Agent Provocateur model, who's boyfriend is movie star Jason Statham, encourages her potential customers to "pick the right knickers".
She added that "French knickers are great for curvy figures, shorts are best if you're boyish; a Brazilian means there's no VPL and a thong is the sexy option."
She also asserted the importance of getting fitted for a bra, and recommends getting "measured by a trained bra fitter ever six months."
"Your size can vary with changes in your diet, not to mention hormonal fluctuations. A good bra can improve your posture and make your outfit look better."
Speaking to The Sunday Times, the 25-year-old said that "'The most important thing is that I wasn't designing for myself - that's boring.
"It's important that the underwear translates for all women, all ages, all sizes."
True to her word, the collection, which launches on August 30th, covers bra sizes from 30 to 40, cup sizes from A to G and briefs from size 8 to 20.
