This week bachelor Spencer Matthews went to meet the families of the four remaining girls and while some meetings went smoothly, others went downhill fast.
First up Spencer went to Tabby’s home and joined her family for a barbecue, or should we say lunch with a side serving of grilled Spencer?
Spencer looked extremely uncomfortable while he was interrogated by Tabby’s seemingly over-protective father.
Tabby’s mum on the other hand was much less scary and admitted that Spencer was not Tabby’s usual ‘type’ as she usually went for ‘fun-loving rock stars’.
Waiting at Jess’ house much to Spencer’s delight were only Jess’ mum and sister which seemed to go down pretty well.
Spencer’s only concern with Jess was with her being away so much with work, but Jess assured him that as she was older now she wouldn’t be staying away for such long periods as she had in the past.
Chloe LC greeted Spencer at the gates of her home with a bottle of bubbly for them to enjoy with her mum and sisters while they got to know each other.
Spencer’s concern with Chloe was her sometimes ‘catty’ behaviour towards the other girls but Chloe defended herself by stating: “I haven’t been a bitch... If I have been a bitch it’s been for a reason.”
After a chat with Chloe’s mum Spencer and Chloe went up to her bedroom for some all important one-on-one time, something Chloe was yet to have with the bachelor.
As Chloe told Spencer she felt like the underdog because she was the only girl who hadn’t kissed him, Spencer promptly launched himself at her for a passionate snog.
The final house to visit was that of Khloe who lived with her dad and younger brother.
As Spencer was questioned by Khloe’s brother on what football team he supported and why, Khloe squirmed with nerves as she prepared to drop a bombshell on the bachelor.
Taking Spencer to one side after the family chat, Khloe revealed that she had previously been in a relationship with premiership footballer Mario Balotelli behind his girlfriends back and then sold the story to the papers.
Spencer was clearly shocked as the story unfolded and he questioned Khloe about her real reason for being there asking: “I’m in the public eye, does this mean you’ll sell a story on me?!”
All four girls then had to meet the bachelor at the airport with their bags packed for the Bahamas, knowing that only three would make it onto the plane.
In a shocking twist in the tail, Spencer picked an all blonde round for the final, sending Jess on her way.
Who says blondes don’t have more fun?
