Lady GaGa has revealed that her new song 'PARTYNAUSEOUS' was inspired by her problems when touring Indonesia.
GaGa was forced to cancel her Born This Way Ball show in the country after being threatened with violence by militant Islamic groups.
GaGa collobarated with rapper Kendrick Lamar on the tune, released on September 6, and has admitted that it was inspired by the issues she encountered. She said she was "devastated" at cancelling the gigs at the time.
Islamic groups claimed that the popstar was too "vulgar" for the predominantly muslim nation, and hardliners campaigned against her presence.
On Twitter the 'Marry The Night' singer said: "I wrote 'PARTYNAUSEOUS' about Jakarta, and my relationship with that country. Wishing I could 'get high with the enemy' and make peace.
Adding: "Once @kendricklamar + I started talking about life + his forward thinking views about love + hip hop the song became something more."
We're pretty sure that GaGa won't receive her wish to 'get high with the enemy', as Islamic extremeists aren't overly known for that sort of thing, but at least sher's got a good track out of it!
