Looks like Kim Kardashian could be fighting a legal war with just about everybody in Hollywood, well her ex-husband Kris Humphries and his fling Myla Sinanaj after the New York waitress reportedly “declared war” on the bootylicious reality TV star.
According to sources the NBA star's ex was spotted meeting with “high powered” attorney Susan Chana Lask in New Jersey on Wednesday, (Aug 15) and is planning to take action against Kim for harassment and invasion of privacy and “other causes of action.”
The 26 year-old is said to be unhappy about the attention she has received from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star regarding her bitter divorce battle with Humphries.
She has reportedly received four subpoenas requesting her to testify in the divorce case. “Myla’s taking on the Kardashians.” Chan Lask told HollywoodLife, adding: “What does Myla have to do with this? Myla didn’t even know this guy until after the divorce.”
Last month the 26 year-old took to Twitter to blast Kim, claiming that she was “dragging” her into “drama".
Airing her anger on the social networking site she tweeted: “Hey @kimkardashian why don't u enjoy ur Miami trip & stop sending private investigators to my house-Stop dragging me into ur drama.”
“Subpoena me twice for the same thing! Hilarious,” she said referring to her court appearance.
In June it was reported that the NBA star may have told Myla details about his famous former wife. A source told TMZ that Kris “knew” that Kim had cheated on him with Kanye West, when she failed to invite the rapper to their wedding last summer.
Another source also claimed that Kris has revealed that Kim and her 'momager' Kris Jenner had planned her infamous sex tape with then boyfriend, rapper Ray J that launched Kardashian's career.
Blaming the Twitter rant on her drunken state Myla hit out at Kim as a "drama queen":
“Let me not tweet anymore tonight while I'm p***ed before this drama queen uses a tweet against me.”
While Kim has yet to respond to the attack, her fans seem to have laid into the brunette, with her tweeting: “All the haterz drinking the kardashian kool-aide sit ur a**es down I can tweet my business because its that MINE! She came for me.”
