After her performance at the Olympic Closing Ceremony with the Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell is set to star in West End musical 'Singin' In The Rain' in aid of Children In Need 2012.
Halliwell will take part in BBC Children in Need’s 'Pop goes the Musical 2012' in October along with a host of other stars.
“I have a thing for rain, so I am very excited to be performing in 'Singin' In The Rain' – and it’s all for BBC’s Children In Need." said Halliwell.
Other celebrities taking part include X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, who will perform in Les Miserables in September, and boy band Blue, who will join the cast of Jersey Boys the following month.
Macy Gray will also appear, in the Michael Jackson tribute show Thriller Live. Each star will appear for one night only.
Meanwhile, the Spice Girls reformed for the Olympic Closing Ceremony and Melanie C has revealed that she would not rule out another reunion again in the future.
The singer, who joined her bandmates for the special one-off show at the Olympic closing ceremony, admitted that she wouldn't be against a future reunion in the future.
Speaking to Digital Spy before the show, she said: "I never ever thought we'd get back together, but we did in 2007/2008. I'm really glad we did because it was brilliant and I really enjoyed it.
"There's absolutely nothing to say we wouldn't do it again at some point in the future."
