Kate Middleton may be taking a bit of a break from the limelight at the moment, but that's certainly not true of her cousin Katrina Darling, who's set to leave the Duchess of Cambridge stifling blushess by appearing semi-nude in racy magazine Playboy.
Katrina Darling is only a distant cousin to Kate, but what may leave the future Queen fuming is that Katrina certainly doesn't mind playing up her royal connections - wearing crown-shaped pasties while working as a burlesque dancer in New York City.
Now she's landed eight pages in Playboy magazine and the entire cover, appearing in the September 2012 issue.
However, unlike British model Daisy Lowe, who was left shocked at the revealing nature of her own pictures, there are apparently no nudes, but there is reportedly a topless shot.
According to The Huffington Post, Katrina only learned of her royal connection at the time of the royal wedding, from a British journalist while working as a burlesque dancer, but the cover does nothing to play down her status as a royal relation calling her a "royal beauty" and "Britain's burlesque Queen".
Of finding out about cousin Kate, she told Playboy: “It was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard, it’s not every day something like that happens.”
We wonder what Kate thinks of her saucy cousin? Will she be peeved about her flaunting her royal relationship? One things for sure, she makes Pippa look like a nun!
