The cast of 'The Expendables 2' possibly made for the most intimidating group of stars to grace the red carpet at a London premiere.
Sylvester Stallone looked quite the gent, far from his rough and ready character from the movie Barney Ross, as he escorted his family along the red carpet, and Arnold Schwarzenegger looked like he was still in statesman mode as he smiled with troops who were at the premiere.
Jean Claude Van Damme was slightly less rigid as he frolicked about with the same soldiers and generally clowned.
Jason Statham perhaps had th ebest moment of the night when he did the 'lightning bolt' pose with 6 times Olympic champion Usain Bolt.
Perhaps Usain could be the next Expendable, but surely the Stath should have shown his support for Britain and done a 'Mobot' in honour of Mo Farrah instead?
Dolph Lundgren, the man mountain star of Rocky IV completed the set of action legends.
All in all, after these gentleman's visit to London, we should all be pretty glad that Leicester Square is still there!
