Never a dull moment on The Only Way Is Essex as Sunday night's episode saw Arg stepping in to defend the honour of his best mate's sister, Jessica Wright.
Jess and Lauren had come to blows earlier in the year after having a massive row in a taxi, but some grudges never die as the pair recently climbed back in the ring for round 2! Jess accused Goodger of pulling out a clump of her hair during what sounds like a particularly vicious cat fight!
Really, hair pulling? It's the kind of thing you might just get away with back in primary school but not for two grown ups!
Arg whose family friends with the Wrights clearly couldn't sit by and do nothing, so instead confronted Lauren in an attempt to calm the situation. A BBQ hosted by fellow cast member Sam Faiers was the setting for the pair's frank exchange of words, fortunately they were able to resolve the situation in an adult manner and no one's hair was pulled out!
Taking to Twitter, Arg later tweeted the following message: "The best an worst day of filming ever all rolled into one! Physically and emotionally drained but that's TOWIE!", clearly the ongoing drama was taking it out of poor Arg who only stepped in as a friend.
