After announcing that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jesse Wood earlier this week, Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton has admitted that she is enjoying pregnancy so far because it has given her bigger breasts.
The svelte 30 year-old joked about the “pregnant booby situation” as she left Radio 1 yesterday and according to the Mirror joked: “I’ve actually got them for the first time in 30 years. It’s unreal. It’s wonderful.”
Fearne isn't the only one enjoying her fuller figure. Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon tweeted: “I am so happy for you, Fearne. Greatest news ever. Can’t wait to see your milk trucks. Bang Tidy."
The star revealed her exciting news yesterday (Aug 9) on her Radio 1 morning show and told listeners: “I’m over the moon, really, really happy.
"I sighed a big breath of relief being able to tell family and friends."
The blonde admitted that keeping the secret had been harder than she thought thanks to that not so nice pregnancy side-effect, morning sickness.
“It’s nice to be able to talk about it at last, rather than just feeling relatively sick at work and running to the toilet without anyone seeing,” she confessed.
“Any other women who have gone through morning sickness know you feel very ropey for about three months – and you can’t say anything.”
Revealing that the situation was getting pretty bad she claimed she would probably be “puking and feeling awful” before heading off on maternity leave.
“I’m a hormonal wreck,” she claimed. “I listened to Mumford & Sons’ I Will Wait on repeat and bawled my eyes out because I was so over the moon to tell everyone.”
Fearne confirmed that Sara Cox would be taking over her show while she was away.
