Katie Holmes has found her very own brand of 'happy ever after' following her divorce from Tom Cruise; the actress is blissfully happy as a single mum to Suri!
Katie Holmes spectacularly filed for divorce from Tom Cruise in June, stunning everyone - not least of all the 'Mission Impossible' actor himself!
But it seems as if the move was for the best, as the actress is reportedly very happy in her new life with young daughter Suri Cruise.
A source has come forward to Radar Online to reveal that Katie, finally free from Tom's influence, has never felt more content:
"Katie is a new woman, she feels refreshed, free of Tom and doesn't have a worry in the world... When before she used to fret if she was ever single, now she's happy to be alone. Katie's enjoying her independence and is working on herself right now."

The actress has also been able to spend more time with her family, as well as making sure daughter Suri gets a slightly less spoiled childhood - no puppies for YOU, Suri.
"She's been enjoying the company of her family a lot more, something she couldn't really do when she was married to Tom."
And, most importantly of all, Katie is now free to focus on her career and audition for the roles she wants; apparently Tom Cruise used to have quite a strong influence in that department to.
"Tom also influenced what movies she appeared in, so she was unable to steer her career in the way she wanted to. Now, she has full control over what she wants to do and that freedom is exciting for her."
