Kate Middleton and Prince William were said to have had a row over whether Kate's younger sister Pippa could move into their Kensington Palace home with them, a plan that Wills said no to, but reports have claimed that Kate "understands" why.
The Royal couple were said to have fallen out over the plans for Pippa to join them, especially following the 28-year-old's rollercoaster media ride that kicked off in April after her pal Romain Rabillard was seen brandishing a 'fake gun' in Paris.
Just the night before, Pippa attended a party, where allegedly a stripper jumped out of a cake to 'God Save The Queen'.
Now magazine reports that just three weeks ago the sisters managed to repair their relationship, and even attended the Wimbledon final together.
Pippa is said to have got back together with her ex, Alex Loudon, and has now allegedly agreed to follow some rules set by Buckingham Palace to calm down her partying antics.
Kate, 30, apparently suggested that Pippa could move into their two-bedroom cottage in Kensington Palace, but Wills has said no.
"Kate was disappointed, but she understood what Wills was saying," the source told the magazine.
