Lindsay Lohan has denied any responsibility for allegedly hitting a paparazzo with her car.
Grigor Balyan sued Lohan in January, claiming that Lohan's assistant clipped him with the actress' vehicle outside of a Hollywood club in 2010.
The photographer insisted in his filing that he has suffered serious orthopaedic and neurological ailments as a result of the crash. Attorneys for the 'Herbie: Fully Loaded' star have now officially filed the actress's response to the lawsuit in a Los Angeles court.
They claim that Balyan is solely responsible for his own injures because he "carelessly put himself near a moving automobile", reports TMZ. Lohan's lawyers also denied that Balyan is owed any financial compensation.
The case is currently being reviewed by an LA judge. There is no timeline yet for a ruling.
The 'Mean Girls' star was recently involved in a separate car accident, where she reportedly rear-ended a Ford Mustang in Beverly Hills. The collision occurred mere months after Lohan was involved in another crash with an 18-wheeler truck.
Perhaps it's time to start getting the bus like the rest of us, Lindsay...
It's definitely not her first brush with the law...
