Fashion designer/publicity seeker Karl Lagerfield has got us all a little bit bothered with some incredibly bitchy comments about Pippa Middleton!
The top designer sparked outrage last year when he called our lovely Adele "a little too fat" and now he's gone and done it again, this time hitting out at Kate's little sis.
Lagerfield was talking about both Pippa and Kate in a recent magazine interview to promote his new Olympic-themed collection at Selfridges. According to the Mirror, he started off with a ton of compliments about Kate, describing her as a "romantic beauty" before laying into poor Pippa! Here's what he said in full:
“Kate Middleton has a nice silhouette and she is the right girl for that boy. I like that kind of woman. I like romantic beauties. On the other hand, her sister struggles. I don’t like the sister’s face. She should only show her back.”
Oh no he didn't! Whilst we all know Pip's bum is practically a national treasure we reckon her face is just as gorgeous!
Pip's supporters were quick to attack Karl on Twitter today with one Middleton devotee posting “karl lagerfeld needs to shut the f**k up!! first he calls Adele fat and now he calls Pippa middleton ugly!! you mr karl are old and ugly!!”
Whilst Pippa experienced the wrath of Karl, Victoria Beckham got lucky as the designer gushed about the brunette Brit:
“She is great. I like her a lot. I have known her for many years. She had a career as a singer. She has a beautiful husband and stunning children and now she makes a career in fashion."
“And that body, after four children. There are not so many who have a body like that. She is very disciplined. We have the same eating habits."
