Reports have suggested that Kristen Stewart and director Rupert Sanders started cheating during the filming of their movie 'Snow White And The Huntsman' but now, one of Kristen's friends has insisted that the 22-year-old did not have sex with the director.
Giovanni Agnelli had a bit of a Twitter rant about the media reports surrounding Kristen Stewart and her very public dalliance with married father-of-two Sanders.
The Italian, who worked with Kristen on his movie 'Welcome To The Rileys', tweeted: "I'll say right now what the manipulative media isn't saying... Kristen Stewart did not have any type of sex with Rupert Sanders."
Despite the damning pictures of the couple getting steamy in Kristen's Mini Cooper, Agnelli continued to point the finger at the media for sensationalising the story.
"The spin that keeps growing on this story is staggering. There was NO on set affair. Stop printing LIES."
Since the story first emerged on Us Weekly last week, both Kristen and Rupert have issued grovelling statements about their affair.
Agnelli has told followers on Twitter that Kristen was like a "sister" to him. He also asked fans whether they would protect one of their good friends.

The producer and director became a trending topic for speaking out about the affair, and he hit out at Twilight fans who have ditched their loyalty to Kristen.
"If you've ever used the word Trampire you're a mindless pathetic piece of s***" he scolded. Agnelli also seemed to claimed to be so close to Kristen that he knows where she is keeping a low-profile, and revealed that she had been keeping a close eye on her support.
"Please don't ask how or where she is, or what she thought. Just know this: She saw the twitition, and the support video tonight. Thank you," he added.
