The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has inspired a new fashion ad campaign from a New York designer.

Marc New York, a luxury offshoot of Andrew Marc, has featured Scottish rugby player Thom Evans (and Kelly Brook's squeeze) and 2008's Miss Universe winner Dayana Mendozain in a launch campaign inspired by the best-selling series of erotic novels.

In the ad, Evans is pictured wearing only a towel - perhaps Marc New York have some nice towels in their new collection? - while Dayana smoulders in an unzipped dress.

The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy - comprised of Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed - was written by British writer EL James, and tells the story of a 21 year old student and her relationship with a kinky billionaire.

It's smashed countless sales records, and has been credited with bringing sex - especially BDSM - into the mainstream again.

Check out the racy campaign.

Who do you think should play Anastasia Steele?

Kristen Stewart's Twilight role stands her in good stead.
