According to reports on RadarOnline, Penelope Scotland, who was born earlier this month, has been giving her mum and dad a lot of grief when it comes to bedtime.
Kourtney and dad Scott Disick have allegedly been kept up to the wee hours by little Pen. It sounds like the baby girl has inherited her dad's night owl personality, staying up until early morning screaming her little lungs out!
