Now in its third year Corona Capital is back, and you can guarantee it won’t have the same weather that’s blighted all of our summer festivals so far.

The festival is situated right in the heart of Mexico City, and takes place over two days in October, and this year’s line-up is certainly impressive featuring massive acts such as Florence and The Machine, Franz Ferdinand, New Order, The Black Keys, Snow Patrol and Basement Jaxx.

The festival spans the 13th of October to the 14th, and for both days you’re looking at a whopping 1,400 Mexican pesos, however, don’t rule it out yet, as that converts into a staggeringly cheap £66.

With a balmy average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius , you can definitely pack those festival threads you didn’t get to wear this summer.

The line-up features massive international acts and boasts a roster that even Glastonbury might be jealous of. As well as the names mentioned above you can expect to see Cat Power, The Vaccines, The Drums, The Big Pink, Garbage, Snow Patrol and My Morning Jacket among others.

If you feel like the rain has washed you out, and you could do with a proper sunny festival then book yourself a cheap flight and pick up the amazingly cheap ticket for either 1 day or 2.

Grab the sun cream and party on!
