TV personality Anthea Turner has been left "heartbroken" after finding out that her husband Grant Bovey was having an affair with a 24 year-old woman.
According to the MailOnline, Grant's affair with the 24 year-old interior designer came to light when they were allegedly spotted kissing at a London restaurant.
An insider revealed to the site that Anthea questioned Grant, who she has been married to for 12 years, last week when she started to suspect that he was having an affair.
"Anthea had an inkling that Grant was having an affair. After a long talk, they decided they needed some distance between them and he has now moved out of their home. Anthea was in a very dazed and confused state at first, but now the anger is settling in and she is furious", the source revealed.
"All I can think is that Grant is having some kind of mid-life crisis."
Anthea, who married Grant in 2000 supported the family after Grant was declared bankrupt in 2011. Believing that Grant's alleged affair with country heiress Zoe de Mallet Morgan started when Anthea was away working on a TV show in Canada, the insider added: "Anthea was the breadwinner in the family and while she’s been working as hard as she can, Grant has been doing this. She wasn’t even away that much – she would go to Canada for three weeks at a time and then come back for two weeks.
"Grant has yet to actually admit to cheating on Anthea, but the fact that he has moved out without an argument says volumes."
Whilst Grant declined to talk about his marriage a spokesperson for Anthea said: "Anthea is heartbroken and asks for her privacy."
