WATCH: Paloma Faith: 'The X Factor Doesn't Necessarily Produce Über Creative Artists'

In an exclusive interview with Entertainmentwise, Paloma Faith has revealed her true feeling on music talent shows.

Despite being a guest mentor on the first season of BBC's 'The Voice', Paloma isn't sure that TV shows produce the best musical talent.

Speaking to Entwise's Georgie, Paloma reckons that sometimes it's best to take programmes like 'The X Factor' for what they are and says we shouldn't expect the emerging contestants to be the most "creative or charismatic'.
