It seems that Sage Stallone's death is officially a mystery as according to his death certificate filed in Los Angeles the 36 year-old's cause of death has been “deferred”.
The film maker and son of 'Rocky' legend Sylvester Stallone was found dead at his Hollywood home on July 13 with the cause of death yet to be established until results from tests are known, this includes toxicology reports with several sources claiming his death may have been drug related.
The date of his actual death is also unknown, according to TMZ as only the date when his body was found by his housekeeper is specified implying that authorities are unsure when he actually passed away.
Sage was buried in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 21) at a small private ceremony at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Brentwood.
