Jersey Shore star Mike Sorrentino is being sued for not completing a contract he had to be the face of an ‘anti-fat’ cream.

‘The Situation’ signed a contract with Florida-based company ‘Performance Brands’ to endorse their fat-metabolizing cream, which seemed perect for the six-pack star.

However the company is claiming that after paying the ‘Sitch’ a $75,000 advance he immediately check into rehab for a prescription drug addiction, something he failed to mention to them.

TMZ reports that his contract required him to make personal appearances, give shout-outs about the product on social media sites and provide fans with promotional material, something the company claims he never did.

They claim he is now ‘in breach of contract’ due to his failure to disclose his addiction and are suing for all the money back.

The 30-year old has come back with a lawsuit of his own claiming ‘Performance Brands’ failed to give him a marketing plan on-time, advertise in national magazines and send him free product.

The company has since denied the claims and is going ahead with their suit.

This is a problem that GTL just won’t fix!
