The star, who was spotted on a romantic date with fellow TOWIE star James Argent earlier this week, was speaking to The Sun's Betty Brisk about the claims that she walks around her house in her birthday suit.
Revealing that she has no qualms about walking around starkers, the reality TV star said: "The thing is, Betty, I’m always getting dressed up for different events so when I’m in my own territory, I like to let it all hang out and shake what your mama gave you."
Explaining why she gave up her diet, Gemma added: "I just looked in the mirror and thought: 'Sod it.' It’s better to be happy in life than unhappy."
