The Good, The Bad and The Ugly task continued in tonight’s episode of Big Brother. There was pasta, sheriffs, immunity and panning for gold in store for the cowboys.
The episode opened with a pasta eating challenge, to determine who was the “master of the pasta.” Housemates were presented with 3 large mounds of spaghetti – one for each team, the good housemates, the bad housemates and the ugly housemates.
The winning team of each game within the task would get extra time in the final game of the task. Housemates gave it their best shot but it was clear some were enjoying it more than others. Luke S, Adam and Becky took the pasta in their stride, shoveling it in without a care for manners. Lauren, Luke A and Deana however, looked like they were going to be sick.
All the housemates, apart from Sherriff Conor and Deputy Sherriff Caroline, had to take part in the task. The sheriffs then had to judge who they thought had eaten the most and they chose the Good team, meaning Scott, Luke S and Sara won extra time in the final challenge.
Becky blamed their losing on Luke A, claiming he didn’t try and branding him a “ballerina” and a “cheese-head.”
She hadn't too much time to be angry though as the final challenge soon followed and saw the housemates panning for gold in the garden. The three teams had a staggered start – the good started, then the ugly and then the bad.
Housemates had to pan for gold and tip it into their tube. The team with the most in their tube would win immunity. Housemates also had to collect a certain amount to get passed the pass mark of the combined tube, to win a luxury-shopping budget.
The housemates frantically panned for gold but in the end it was the good team that came out on top, leaving only the bad and the ugly teams available for being nominated.
Conor then tipped the collected gold into the combined tube and housemates discovered they were nowhere near the pass mark and so would not be getting a luxury-shopping budget.
What did you think of this weeks shopping task? More or less cruel than turf wars?
