Over the years Christian Bale has cut a serious figure around the film industry, he's had arguments with Michael Bay, played troubled characters full of intrigue in 'The Prestige' and 'Batman', and is perhaps in his darkest film yet in 'The Dark Knight Rises' as Bruce Wayne has become a depressive recluse since the events of 'The Dark Knight'.
Yet Bale himself appears to be lightening up, and it appears it's due to the joys of fatherhood and mucking about with his daughter. It even extends to dancing around to the hits of LMFAO, including 'I'm Sexy And I Know It' and 'Party Rocking Anthem'.
The star told The Mirror: "My daughter is crazy about art so we draw, paint and sculpt together. She's just nuts about it. And she has me dancing and singing to songs I never imagined I would be dancing and singing to. One of her favourites is LMFAO so I'm even doing that."
Bale said that he also does the Batman voice for her, although she does make fun of him being British adding: "It's a kick for her and her friends when I do the Batman voice for them and chase them around pretending to be Batman. Although she loves me doing the Batman voice she still takes the piss out of my British accent. I think past a certain age you can't get rid of it no matter what you do."
Bale will be back in serious mode on screen when 'The Dark Knight Rises' opens in the UK on Friday.
