Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise were not hurt despite being involved in a car crash in New York yesterday.
The actress had reportedly picked her six-year-old daughter up from gymnastics, and were travelling in a black Mercedes sedan when it collided with a sanitation truck (July 16).
According to MailOnline, no one was hurt in the accident.
The pair were pictured leaving Manhattan's Chelsea Piers where Suri takes gymnastics just before the alleged incident occurred.
Police were called to the scene and the damage on the Mercedes was documented by the officers. A large dent had allegedly occurred by the Volvo dump truck, from Classic Sanitation Recycling New York Corp had reversed into the car.
Katie and Suri were not pictured at the scene of the accident and it is unclear if they were in the car at the time of the accident.
Both drivers were seen talking to police officers.
It's likely that Suri will be seeing her dad Tom Cruise for the first time since her mother Katie announced that she was set to divorce him.
The actor wrapped his latest movie 'Oblivion' at the weekend, and will no doubt be keen to see his daughter - especially after their Skype chats that they've been enjoying.
