Could Katie Holmes be set to change daughter Suri's name?
Since splitting from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has taken several measures to regain some control in her life, including fighting for custody of their daughter Suri and vowing to protect her from Scientology.
According to Now magazine, Katie Holmes is “thinking of changing daughter Suri’s surname following her split from husband Tom Cruise.”
The magazine quotes a “source” as saying that Holmes has been “telling friends she wants to make Suri’s middle name Cruise and change her surname to Holmes.”
Meanwhile, Holmes supposedly doesn’t even like her daughter’s first name, instead choosing to call her “Scout.”
“She hates the name Suri, so she gave her a nickname from To Kill A Mockingbird,” explains the Now source.
What else will Katie change in her bid for freedom from Cruise?
