Speaking on Thursday morning's Today Show, the Idol judge and 'Ice Age: Continental Drift' star told Natalie Morales about how torn she feels.
She moaned: "It's been on my mind a lot.
"I've just enjoyed it so much but I am thinking that it's time for me to go and do other things that I really love to do."
Earlier we reported that 'Jenny From The Block' was stalling her decision until her current tour with Enrique Iglesias comes to an end.
But according to TMZ, the real reason she's taking her time is because she is attempting to negotiate a bigger paycheck!
It's been reported that while she makes a cool $12m a season, rival show judge Britney Spears has been raking in $15m for X Factor, and J Lo ain't happy about it.
According to TMZ, the 'Dance Again' singer wants to top Britney's paycheck and won't commit until she does!
